Autism Acceptance Month ends tomorrow.

Autism Acceptance Month is coming to a close.
As we wrap up Autism Acceptance Month 2024, we hope you will consider donating to support the Autism Society of Greater Akron (ASGA) all year long. ASGA is a nonprofit and funded primarily by individuals like you. Donate today if you believe that supporting local individuals and families impacted by Autism is vital to our community.
Why do your donations matter?
- Because you or someone you support benefited from a FREE Social Club made possible not because of taxpayer funding, but because of donors like you and community grants.
- Because you attended an Adapted Family Event where your family had fun and enjoyed being in a safe environment and connecting with the members of our community.
- Because you watched someone learn water safety and to ride a bike.
- Because you want our community trained in understanding Autism.
- Because you appreciate the Silver Alert is now the Missing Adult Alert – and includes people with Autism – because of ASGA’s advocacy.
Finally, because having a local affiliate of the Autism Society of America is important to you and our community and you want to support our sustainability.
Donations matter and every little bit helps. ASGA does not exist without you because we do not receive government funding.
Please donate today. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference!
With heartfelt thanks,
Laurie Cramer, Executive Director Kamelia Fisher, Senior Director of Development and Engagement
