The Autism Society of America and the Embassy of Qatar are pleased to announce the 4th Annual Autism Gala on November 3, 2021 at The Anthem in Washington, D.C.

To celebrate the state of Qatar's "Year of Culture", the Autism Society of America is launching a "Call for Talent" to all artists across the United States with autism spectrum disorder. Selected winners from the pool of submissions will be invited to showcase their talent in-person at the event and will have their travel expenses covered,

All art is welcome - painting, sculpture, photography, literature, architecture, music, dance, theater, film, performance, and others. To apply for consideration, please follow the instructions below:

Send a picture or video of your work as well as a short biography to galatalent@autism-society.org by September 30, 2021.  In the subject line, please write: "Your Full Name - 2021 Gala Talent Contest Submission". (For example: Jane Doe - 2021 Gala Talent Contest Submission).

In your biography, please include: Name, Age, Location, Phone #, Email Address, Category of Art (that your submission falls under), and a short "about me" section. Please also confirm your availability to attend the event on November 3rd if chosen as one of the winners.

Submissions without a photograph or video, or artists who do not have autism spectrum disorder, will not be considered.

You can also send questions about the event or your submission to galatalent@autism-society.org and a member of the Autism Society of America will get back with you.
