INCLUSIVE VIRTUAL STORYTIME

February 21 to April 18
1st and 3rd Mondays | 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm | Free on Zoom

All ages are welcome to join Jane Fitz, ASGA Program Coordinator to enjoy interactive stories, sing songs, and move your body during this Inclusive Storytime. Each session has a theme that the group explores through picture books, music, and movement. Make the story-related crafts and bring them to storytime without leaving the comfort of your home!

 

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

  • Enjoy interactive stories, songs, and movement
  • Listen to picture books read with emphasis on early literacy elements
  • Network with other families
  • Create story related crafts ahead of time and use them as stories are read

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Activities can be printed at home or mailed to your address with early registration
  • Explore the activities as a family before storytime
  • Tune in to Zoom with your completed crafts and use them during the session
  • All ages are welcome!

 

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE

  • An electronic device equipped with a microphone and camera are needed for successful participation via the Zoom platform.
  • Registration is required for each session.  A unique zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration.  Please check your inbox and junk folder.
  • Space is limited to 20 families.

**While we understand that life happens and some last minute cancellations can't be avoided, please only sign up if you are serious about participating as space is limited.

 

HAVE QUESTIONS or NEED CRAFTS MAILED

If you have questions or don't have a printer and need crafts mailed, please contact Jane Fitz, Program Coordinator via email here. 

Participants who need crafts mailed must register by Wednesday, MAR 30 to allow for delivery.
