An Innovative Residential and Commuter Post-Secondary College Program for Individuals with Disabilities

Nancy Brewer, M.A., is the Academic Director of Medina Creative Transitions, an innovative post-secondary college residential and commuter program for students with disabilities. She is a neuroeducator that worked under Dr. Newell Kephart, leading cognitive behaviorist of Purdue University, and has presented brain-based learning strategies for special needs students to administrators, educators, and parents. Her positions include head administrator of a residential school for emotionally disturbed and behavioral disordered students, principal positions in elementary and special needs schools and supervisor of Northeast Ohio special education teachers in grades K-12.
