Deb Skul, MS in Education - Ms. Skul is the Chief Academic Officer for Summit Academy Schools. She is responsible for ensuring excellent education for 3,000 students, most of whom have moderate learning challenges, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is the mom of an adult daughter on the spectrum.

Laura Rickard, M.Ed. in Counseling, LPC - Ms. Rickard is Behavior Specialist for Summit Academy. She is responsible for assessing/addressing social and behavioral needs of students, who have moderate learning challenges, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is mom to two teenage sons with ADHD and learning disabilities.

Erica Richley, MSEd, LPCC-S - Erica Richley is the Executive Director of Special Education for Summit Academy Schools. She is responsible for ensuring quality special education and related services are provided to attending students with disabilities. She also provides education and training opportunities monthly to staff to further understanding of students served.
