Thanks to Chiara Simeone from Cleveland Clinic Children's for sharing tips and strategies as we transition into a “new normal”. A couple of takeaways: Take time for yourself; inform teachers of new skills or behaviors that arose during the pandemic so they can be prepared to work with your student; create a separate and consistent “learning” space if you are participating in distance learning; and set realistic expectations as this is new to all of us!
