Hear Jessica Campagna, Behavior Specialist with the Summit ESC give parents/caregivers tips and strategies on toilet training.  Attendees will learn to recognize toilet readiness and prerequisite skills, understand the various training methods, how to collect/interpret data, along with reinforcement and troubleshooting.

LEGO CLUBNEW LEGO CLUB FOR AGES 7-12

6-week Session on Saturdays beginning FEB 20
10:00 am – 11:00 am | Zoom Meetup

Jane Fitz, a senior at Kent State University majoring in Special Education will facilitate this fun, interactive building program. The online club is open to any child with a developmental disability, ages 7-12 who has good verbal skills and building capabilities. The cost is $65 ($195 Value) for a 6-week session with a box of LEGOs included – thank you Wal-Mart! Space is limited, so reserve your spot today.

ASGA is offering 5 activity boxes full of games, crafts, and educational things for all ages and ability levels. Everything is done for you - no trips to the art supply store, no spending time planning or searching for ideas. Purchase boxes individually or as a subscription for the year. Have them shipped or pick them up!

Teen Social Club 1

TEEN SOCIAL CLUB

2nd and 4th Tuesday each month

Middle and high school years can be challenging for everyone, especially individuals living with autism and other developmental disabilities. ASGA is now hosting a new teen club for ages 13 – 17 to create a safe environment for your children to build friendships and connect with others their age.

NEW ADULT SOCIAL CLUB II

The first adult social club was such a hit, ASGA decided to create a second one! Members will meet twice a month to interact with each other and discuss important life stage topics like dating and finding a job. Registrants must be 18 or older.

Grandparents play such a vital role for their grandchild with a developmental disability! That is why ASGA is hosting a chat for grandparents to engage with others and discuss family conflict, levels of support, and how to be an asset to their grandchild with special-needs. There is a focus on autism, however grandparents of grandchildren of all abilities are welcome!
