FOR THE AUTISM SUMMIT

Thursday, February 25 |12 – 1 PM | Online

The 2021 Autism Summit will be centered on answering YOUR questions about the COVID vaccine, collected from our survey, and providing families with science-based information about the vaccine from health professionals. ACTIVITY BOXES - Deadline to order Subscription or Easter box is February 26 at 11 PM
ASGA is offering 5 activity boxes full of games, crafts, and educational items for all ages and ability levels. Purchase boxes individually or as a subscription for the year. Have them shipped or arrange for a date/time for pick-up! Learn more and reserve your boxes HERE.

TOILET TRAINING - Thursday, February 25 | 7 - 9 PM | Zoom 
Jessica Campagna, Behavior Specialist with the Summit ESC will teach attendees how to recognize toilet readiness and prerequisite skills, understand the various training methods, how to collect/interpret data, along with reinforcement and troubleshooting. Learn more and register for the webinar HERE

TEEN SOCIAL CLUB (AGES 13-17) - Starting February 23, 2021 | 7- 8 PM | Zoom
ASGA is now hosting a new teen club, the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, to create a safe environment for your children to build friendships and connect with others their age. LEGO CLUB (AGES 7-12) - Starting February 20, 2021 | 10 – 11 AM | Zoom 
Join us for a fun, interactive building program! The online club is open to any child with a developmental disability, ages 7-12 who has good verbal skills and building capabilities. The cost is $65 ($195 Value) for a 6-week session with a box of LEGOs included – thank you Wal-Mart! Reserve your spot HERE, space is limited!

ADULT SOCIAL CLUB II - Starting February 10, 2021 | 7 - 8 PM | Zoom
Members will meet twice a month, the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month, to interact with each other and discuss important life stage topics like dating and finding a job. Registrants must be 18 or older. Learn more and register HERE

CHALLENGES OF OVERNIGHT VISITS 
This month, Jocelyn Eskenazi, BCBCA, and participants in the Grandparent Support Group discussed behaviors that often challenge overnight visits and daily care with grandchildren. We examined the benefits of being available in times of stress and working as a supportive unit with your adult children. Next meeting in March 2021.
