Upcoming Events

ASGA events and fundraisers bring the Greater Akron autism community together for education, networking, and fun. Events range from the Annual Autism Summit Conference to sensory-friendly days with community partners to our largest annual fundraiser, the Autism 5k Run & Walk. Events and fundraisers offer families, caregivers, educators, other professionals, and individuals with autism a safe, comfortable place to be a part of the community and support ASGA's programs and services. Money raised for ASGA stays local to support those affected by autism in Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne counties.

Ellet Sensory Storytime @ 10:30am

Join the Ellet Branch Library for a Sensory Storytime offering educational, literacy and social opportunities for all ages with differing abilities, their siblings, parents/caregivers and their typically developing peers.

The program incorporates:

  • Visual Schedule Board
  • Story with Songs and Movement
  • Sensory Opportunities such as building and craft

Join in the fun on the 2nd Saturday of every month!
