Repeat this Movement 5 Times

Beginner Duck Walk
Squat down as far as you can, and it is okay if your heels come off the ground. Put your hands on the ground for support. While squatting, take a step forward with your right leg, then take a step forward with your left leg. Keep your hands on the ground as you walk to keep your balance. Repeat movement 5 times (10 total but 5 on each leg).

Intermediate Duck Walk
The only difference from the beginner version is that you won’t keep your hands on the ground for additional balance. So, squat down as far as you can, and it is okay if your heels come off the ground. While squatting, take a step forward with your right leg, then take a step forward with your left leg. Repeat movement 5 times (10 total but 5 on each leg).

Advanced Duck Walk
The only difference from the intermediate version is that after you take 2 steps with each foot, you are going to stand up and jump in the air. Repeat this movement 3 times.
