Virtual Workshop

Caring for individuals with Autism can be challenging.  It affects not only the life of the individual with Autism but also those who support them. Psychological distress, depression, anxiety, and other mental or physical health problems are the common symptoms caregivers face while caring for a child with Autism.

Given these points, as we kick off the new year, take this opportunity to reflect on your personal well-being and make meaningful plans for the year ahead. Together, we’ll explore what you want your life to look like—and what you don’t—empowering you to take actionable steps toward your goals.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, motivation, or just a fresh start, this event is for you. Join us and start the year with intention and purpose! Don’t miss this chance to invest in yourself and your journey as a caregiver!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Barb Sapharas will present the Life Trajectory Worksheet—a powerful tool we’ll look at specifically from the lens of parents and caregivers of individuals with Autism. As caregivers, it’s easy to overlook your own personal needs while focusing on the well-being of others. This workshop is a chance to prioritize yourself and set meaningful goals for the upcoming year. It will guide you in envisioning your best life while also identifying the steps and experiences needed to achieve it.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This event is open to anyone who serves as a caregiver for an individual with a disability of any age.

SPECIAL GIFTS

For those who attend the full length of the webinar, we will be raffling off two Fandango gift cards and one Chick-fil-A “Cow” plush toy, which comes with four meal coupons. We hope these prizes can provide you, as caregivers, the opportunity to take a moment for yourself and enjoy something fun or relaxing.
Thank you for all that you do!
