A Parent Café is a welcoming space by caregivers, for caregivers—designed to connect, share, and learn from one another in a supportive environment. Together, we’ll build community, strengthen our families, and start the New Year with connection and resilience.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Parent Café offers a relaxed, judgment-free space where parents and caregivers of individuals with Autism can come together for meaningful conversation, reflection, and encouragement.
Each evening will include dinner, discussion, and opportunities to grow through the 5 Protective Factors:
• Resilience – how to bounce back and stay strong
• Understanding Development – caregiving is part natural & part learned
• Social Connections – we all need friends and support
• Social & Emotional Competence – helping our children and ourselves thrive
• Concrete Support in Times of Need – because we all need help sometimes
This three-part series allows participants to continue conversations, build relationships, and celebrate progress together.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This event is open to parents and caregivers of individuals with Autism. Each session is limited to 25 participants to keep discussions engaging and personal.
