Strengthening Your Grandchild’s Gifts

Monday, July 26  •  7:00 - 8:30 PM  •  Zoom Discussion

Individuals with disabilities strive to be recognized for more than their labels.  Recognizing and nurturing you grandchild’s gifts and talents can open up a world of potential relationships and experiences that center around abilities, not disabilities.

During this meeting, you will learn to:

  • Foster and strengthen your grandchild’s gifts and talents.
  • Be the conduit between your grandchild with disabilities and connections in the community that support his/her gifts.
  • Trust that you are an important element in your grandchild’s quality of life.

NOTE:  While there is a focus on autism, grandparents of grandchildren of all abilities are welcome!
